Mostly, balti provides the high performance melting and conveying systems to OEM manufacturers of complete production lines. More about this also in the field of electrical/electronic production.

Large quantities of protective gel (also called jelly) are applied or rather injected in a continuous process at various cable manufacturers with balti equipment. The jelly from the 200l barrel has to be heated up to approx. 120°C, conveyed and injected into the cable compound in special nozzles.
