Non-manual movement/driving of the application head with the adhesive nozzle or the component / substrate is called automatic adhesive application. From a simple linear axis to multi-axis robotic solutions, from a conveyor belt to controlled web guiding systems, balti brings the adhesive to the right place for you.
What would gluing be without joining? As a joining technique, one usually wants to bring together two materials / components at the same time. If these are to be fed and removed automatically, e.g. from a stack, you are not far from a semi or fully automatic complete system. Whether manual or automatic, balti will gladly support you in the evaluation and realisation of your bonding challenge.
The automated application of a bead or a flat spray pattern programmed onto a 2- or 3-dimensional component is usually carried out with a Cartesian or multi-axis robot. balti has a lot of experience in the application of adhesive with the robot, in order to apply the adhesive in the right place. Not to underestimate the environment between the actual applications. A rinsing and conditioning process is just as much a part of this as cleaning and keeping the nozzles at the right temperature.
The integration of the latest sensor and vision systems, such as the compensation of component tolerances and high-precision joining, is also part of baltis expertise. Also thanks to close contact with partner companies and universities.
