The TSG-2-KT cleaning and maintenance station is ideal for cleaning heating hoses and offline heating of modules.

Most of the typical hotmelt is 1-component adhesive. This is also an important advantage of the hotmelt compared to 2-component adhesives and sealants. The reactive adhesives obtain the second component from the air (moisture) after application. But there are special applications where two media have to be mixed in a hot state. balti has unique solutions in this case as well and can supply, with the proven dosing pumps, a two or more component hotmelt mixing system (HMM) with almost unlimited possibilities.

There is a great demand for colouring hotmelt immediately before application. This eliminates special costs for the procurement and management of hotmelt in specific colours. The system can also be changed over immediately without having to clean the whole system. Probably unique until today, balti has developed a cost-effective system (colour mixer – FM), which can also be retrofitted.

Wherever blockages occur (nozzles with small outlet; also slot nozzles) or where dirt (something falls into the tank unit) could get into the adhesive, a filter is installed. But especially with reactive adhesives, filters must be serviced regularly, as adhesive could also build up in the hot system. Therefore they should only be used where absolutely necessary.

Filling melters with granulate from bins and other large containers as required is child's play with a granulate conveyor system.
